APPLICATION OPEN FOR CLASS PRE-NURSERY ,NURSERY AND PREP FROM 21st OCTOBER 2024(PHASE - II)

Online Registration link for admission to Pre-Nursery,Nursery and Prep Classes for the Academic Session 2025-2026 will be available from  only on the school website.Only online registration will be accepted. 

Last date for online submission of application form for Phase II is 15th December 2024.

        INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION  (ADMISSION SESSION:2025-2026) 

• Pre-Nursery: Children between the age of 3 years to 4 years as on 01st April 2025 are eligible for admission to class Pre-Nursery (Session 2025-2026)-Both Girls and Boys.

• Nursery: Children between the age of 4 years to 5 years as on 01st April 2025 are eligible for admission to class Nursery (Session 2025-2026)-Both Girls and Boys.

• • After successful payment of Rs. 2000/-, the Online Registration Form has to be filled up. If any problem occurs due to any technical reason(s) then Click on  "SIGN IN" and login by using your "Reference ID" and "Date of Birth '' to fill the Online Registration Form. Please do not make another payment.
  • One copy of the printout of “System Generated Online Registration Receipt” must be kept along with you for your record after filling up the Online Registration Form.

• Please note: All details filled in the form must be correct.

The basis of selection for admission to classes Pre-Nursery and Nursery (2025-26) will be on the points accrued by the child based on the parameters given in Annexure I (Selection Parameters displayed online). Children who will accrue points more than the cut off score are eligible for direct admission. (In case the number of students who have accrued the highest points exceeds the number of available seats, the school may go for a draw of lots for the direct admission also).Selection for the remaining seats will be done through - Draw of Lots. 

Only those parents who are staying with their children in Bokaro should apply, as it is imperative that the children stay with their parents. 

It is essential that the parents fill the forms themselves in order to avoid any confusion or wrong entry. They should thoroughly go through the instructions given. Only parents (Father or Mother) are required to come personally to submit the hard copy (print outs) of the Online Registration Form and Payment Acknowledgement Slip. 

Schedule for submission of a hard copy of the registration form according to the registration number will be intimated through the school website after the time period for the online registration process is over.

 Documentary evidence in original should be available for all the information submitted / points claimed in the registration form which may be verified from the concerned University / Authority / College / Employer. Once the form is submitted the responsibility for the authenticity of information filled in the form will be of the parent and no modification or concession will be granted at the time of document verification. The school reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student if the information provided by the parents in the registration form is found to be incorrect. Applications are liable to be rejected on submission of wrong or incomplete information / failing in criteria in the online registration form. No request in this regard will be entertained.

SELECTION PARAMETERS 

Based on these points, students for about 75% of available seats will be selected directly (in case the number of students who have accrued the highest points exceeds the number of available 75% of seats, the school may go for a draw of lots for the direct admission). The remaining 25% will be followed by a draw of lots. The percentage may vary depending upon the identical total points of two or more candidates. The parents are therefore urged to fill the form accordingly.

GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION

 (PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO USE DESKTOP PC/LAPTOP FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION TO EXPERIENCE SMOOTH PROCESS. MOBILE/TABS SHOULD BE AVOIDED) 

Please complete the Online Application Form with utmost care. Ensure that all mandatory data fields are duly filled, leaving no blanks. After completing the form and making the online payment, parents are requested to generate a hard copy of the Application Form. This hard copy, along with other necessary documents, should be submitted to the school on the specified dates. We recommend retaining a photocopy of the form for your personal records.

Applicant’s parents (Mother/Father) are required to have a valid personal Email ID. In case of unavailability of this, they are required to create a new Email ID before applying on-line.                                   

NOTE - Parents are required to bring the original documents/proof for verification of the particulars filled in the form and the photocopies attached.

On submission of the Application and verification of all documents a registration slip/Admit card will be handed over to you where points accrued by the child will be mentioned. 

You should retain the receipt and acknowledgement card for all future references. 

Please do not laminate the registration slip/Admit card.

Document uploads required for filling online form

• A Recent Passport size photograph of candidate with Date of Photograph (Size should not exceed 100 KB, photo should be in JPEG and JPG format)
• Birth Certificate (PDF format only)
• Aadhar Card of the candidate.(PDF format only)

Attach photocopies of the following documents that were uploaded with the Printout form.

• Aadhaar Card of the candidate and parents

•  Digital Registration of Birth–The Certificate should be issued before 31st   December 2023 with QR code. 

•  A medical fitness certificate of the child.(For Pre Nursery,Nursery and Prep only)

•  Immunization record of the child

•  A copy of only the Highest Qualification Certificates of Parents 

• Fee receipt of child studying in the school Session 2024-2025 (For Nursery and Prep only)

• Half yearly report card child studying in the school Session 2024-2025 (For Nursery and Prep only)

• A copy of ID card /Gate Pass /departmental certificate in case of BSL employees. 

• Address proof of parents. 

• If any sibling is studying in this school, the latest fee receipt of the sibling.

• Certificate of Alumni ( Passing out certificate (If Any)

• Caste Certificate: ST/SC/OBC

• Certificate of Baptism/Dedication (Christian Candidates only)

• Both parent's need to self attest these documents.
