  •   For Science steam aggregate percentage 85% and above
  •    For Commerce stream aggregate percentage 80% and above
  •    For Arts stream 70% and above

 

 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION TO STD XI (SESSION:2021-2022) 

  • Applicants are required to have a valid personal Gmail ID and Aadhar card.
  • The same Gmail ID will be used for further correspondence
  • Name of the applicant or his/her father, mother, date of birth etc. should be correct in the form as it appears in the class 10 board admit card, certificates, mark sheet. No correction will be allowed later on.
  • Only one registration per applicant will be accepted.
  • Selection of candidates will be based on the performance in aptitude test and on personal interview. 
  • After selection, for securing and confirming the seat a Demand Draft of Rs. 46000/-(Roughly) to be paid through HDFC Smart Hub link given on the School Website.
  • Exact amount will be uploaded and visible on the link.
  • Payment to be made within 3 working days to secure admissions. Kinldy use 7 digit registration number.
  • ADMISSION CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES..
  • Those not completing procedure on time will be considered left and the seat will be offered to the next deserving candidates.

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING FORM

  • You will need a strong internet connection for filling the form. Keep all uploads ready.
  • For your ease, it is preferable to use a Desktop or a laptop for filling the form.
  • Fill an online registration form using a personal Gmail ID.(The same Email ID will be used for further correspondence).
  • You may need to Login using your personal Gmail ID to fill the form if asked to sign in.
  • Upload correct documents – uploading may take time– please wait till form submission message screen is displayed at the end of the form.
  • Once the form is submitted, you will receive the Link for Payment only if you match all the admission criteria. 
  • Payment link will be activated by 9 AM on the next working day.
  • Payment will need to be made within 24 hours of activation of payment link following which the payment link will become inactive and form will be rejected.
  • Once payment has been successfully made you will receive the Online form in your Email.
  • Kindly take a print out of the form.
  • Signatures of Both Parents need to be put on the bottom of each page.
  • Submit Self-Attested Photocopies of the following documents in A4 Sheets.
    • Candidate’s Aadhaar Card
    • Last Fee Paid - Should have Name of Candidate, Class and Session Clearly visible.
    • Final Exam Marksheet of Class IX
    • Half Yearly/ Pre Board  Mark sheet of candidate (2020-2021 Session)
  • Form and aforementioned documents need to be submitted in the School office within 2 working days.
  • Outstation candidate will send the application through registered post /Courier

  4. Aadhaar Card of candidate.
  5. A copy of any one parent’s photo ID (with address) Any of the following:

(BSNL Telephone Bill, Income Tax Assessment Order, Driving License, Election ID Card, Gas Connection Bill, Passport Copy, BSL Quarter Allotment Order, Rent Agreement with Landlord including period of rental and rent details on stamp paper-for private housing only, Bank Passbook (Address and Photograph should be attested by Bank with Six months transactions),Aadhaar Card of Parent ( Enrolment card will not be considered)

  1. A copy of ID card /Letter on official letterhead from Employer for others /Self Declaration on Company or Firm Letterhead for Businesspersons.
  2. Marksheet of class IX.
  3.  Last fees Receipt of current session (2020-21) from school the candidate is studying in.
  4.  Half Yearly/ Pre-Board Mark sheet of candidate (2020-2021 Session)
  5. If sibling(s) is/are studying in this school, last fee receipt of each sibling.
  6. Attachment of Statement of Purpose (SOP)
